if my opponent swings with mirran crusader (2/2 double strike) and i block with a creature that has 2 or less power, my creature will be destroyed by mirran's first strike, but then do i take 2 damage from mirran's "regular damage"? or does the second strike only happen if it's first strike didn't kill the monster/mirran is unblocked?

Also question regarding ninjutsu, once my opponent has declared blockers, if i unsummon one of his blocking creatures can i ninjutsu the monster that his was blocking before i returned it?

The answer to both comes down to the same thing: once a creature has a blocker declared against it, it is blocked for the remainder of the combat, no matter what else happens. so the second hit on Double Strike doesn't get through to the defender any more than the damage from an attacker whose blocker is unsummoned/lightningbolted/doombladed. Similarly, unsummoning a blocker does not make it unblocked, so ninjutsu would not work.

1. The damage step happens, but without trample, it does nothing, since it would go to the blocking creature which isn't there.

2. Only if whatever spell or ability you use to remove the blocker in play says your creature becomes unblocked.

Basic Unsummon does not do that. Balduvian Warlord sorta does.

Not unless the Mirran gains trample, because it's still considered blocked.

And your secodn question makes no sense.
