This was in the game The Power of Chaos, I had to go first and placed a monster down with trap hole. Then the opponents monster was destroyed when they summoned it. Then I used cyber-stein to summon Blue eyes ultimate dragon and I added united we stand to it. I attacked with all three monsters, does that count as a first turn kill since I couldn't attack during my previous turn?

Nope, a first turn kill happens on the first turn, not the second turn. What you did is considered a OTK or One Turn Kill. I did a FTK once with Cyber Stein, Cyber End Dragon, and Limiter Removal. I used Heavy Storm to wipe the field first (this was when Heavy Storm was legal).

What you did was considered an OTK or One Turn Kill. Your FTK or First Turn Kill would have been if you went first and used effect damage or Exodia to win in literally your first turn...which btw I have pulled off Exodia FTK so it is possible. Attacking in one turn like you did when it was your second time going was only classified as an OTK because you reduced your opponent's life points to 0 in only that one turn. Hope this helps clarify the terms used.

FTKs are only if you go 2nd and attack that turn. the only way you can have an FTK when you go first is to inflict effect damage.
