I need to know... say the I play Incinerate, then my opponent counters with Counterspell, can I play another Counterspell to counter the other Counterspell?(Using the LIFO rule, Last In, First Out)

Yes, LIFO rules still apply. You cannot Counterspell a Split Second card, but you can Counterspell a Counterspell. This is what makes Counterspells so effective, they are very versatile.

When players play a spell it goes on a stack. While on the stack any player may respond to a spell being cast. In your case...

1. you cast incinerate

(stack -- incinerate)

2. opponent casts counterspell in response to incinerate, attempting to counter the incinerate

(stack -- incinerate > counterspell)

3. you cast counterspell in response to his counterspell, attempting to counter his counterspell

(stack -- incinerate > counterspell > counterspell)

Note: if the stack ends here, the incinerate is cast and your opponent's counterspell (attempting to counter incinerate) is countered by your counterspell. (god this sounds confusing...so shoot me), which means your incinerate goes through

Remember any player may respond to anything being cast on the stack, there are some exceptions -- split second, and cards like "Last Word" -- but very few.

Yes. But in this situation I wouldn't bother unless my opponent was at 10 life or less. Save your counters for other things otherwise.

Counter spells suck!!!!!!!! Yes you can counter his counter as long as you have mana open. Then he has to choice to counter again and so on and so on until one of you gives up. If your counter spell is the last one played then yes your incinerate goes off.
