When I was having a duel with my friend.I tribute summoned a monster and attacked him.He said that monster that was tribute,special,or ritual summon need to wait for another turn to attack.Is that true?

u can atk unbless the card says it cant atk on the same turn. ur friend lied and cheated on u

When you Tribute summon a monster you can attack with it during that turn. However if the card stats that you can't attack the turn it is tribute summoned then, well you can't!!
If your friend argues back show him this answer and all the other answers that you have all ready got. He can't possibly ignore that!

In Yugioh, if you tribute a monster, then you can attack with it in the same turn. It's like normal summoning a monster for the turn.

No, you can attack his monsters. Only if the monster says it can't attack during the turn it was tribute summoned, special summoned etc.

Well there are some monsters whose effect require them to wait a turn before they can attack. but not every single monster is like that.
