What is, 100% proven (show your work,) the September 2009-March 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh! Ban list?

Question

I have seen so many speculations and prediction and people saying they won't put cards in or they will based on "fake" ban lists. For example, many people are saying Call of the Haunted is coming off, Dark Strike Fighter is getting banned, Black Whirlwind is getting limited, etc. I want an official one. This is the official ban list. I looked at this in a YGO/OCG site. Ill post the site with this message. To be honest I was hoping to get something from the ban list. Sangan hurts many decks including Wind-Ups and Rabbits which I can see since the new meta Evilswarms (Verz) well be out in April or if you got the money the DT07. Solemn Warning is sad to see at one but we can all see why. I special summon Wind-Up Zenmaines you Solemn Warning. Its done for. Buttomless Trap hole cant do that. I can also see that there trying to bring back Blackwings and Six Sam decks to battle the Evilswarm (Verz) meta.

You're suppose to be a TOURNAMENT-level judge and you don't even now the BANLIST?!



Sounds like a LIAR to me. Listen to me VERY carefully kiddo. if you were a REAL judge like you claim to be, you would know that the new BANLIST has been up for at least a week on the OFFICAL site.
