Cut the soul bleed and bloodlord for two more nighthawks. Also cut the consume spirit for a corrupt. Cut the hideous end and suffer the past for doom blade.

Have fun!

alot of people are prolly gonna say this so ill say it first so that others dont have to waste a comment, there are to many cards, not in the sense of you having like a 150 card deck, but that you have to many 1 and 2 drop cards, if you look at most tournament competetive decks out there, there is usually a few core cards that are a playset and then they may have a couple of the big ones as 1's and 2's (like your sorin markov)

Now to the deck:

Planeswalker:

Sorin Markov X1

Creatures:

-1 Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief

-1 Anowon, the Ruin Sage

-1 Ascendant Evincar

-1 Malakir Bloodwitch

+3 Captivating Vampire

-1 Butcher of Malakir

+3 Kalastria Highborn

-1 Arrogant Bloodlord

+2 Vampire Nighthawk

+2 Gatekeeper of Malakir

-3 Blood Seeker

+4 Vampire Nocturnus

Sorcery:

-1 Repay in Kind

+1 Consuming Vapors

X4 Feast of Blood

-2 Consume Spirit

+2 Urge to feed

Enchantment:

-2 Bad Moon

-2 Underworld Dreams

-2 Baneful Omen

-2 Curse of Wizardry

-2 Soul Bleed

-2 Ragged Veins

-1 Contaiminated Bond

+2 Sanguine Bond

Instant:

+1 Suffer the Past

+2 Dark Ritual

-2 Hideous End

Artifact:

-1 Gilded Lotus

+4 Blade of the Bloodchief

Land:

-1 Tectonic Edge X1

-4 Piranha Marsh X4

+1 Swamps X19

these changes should make your deck much smoother and also get the life drain, when you get your nighthawk pumped up with a blade of the bloodchief you have a nice fueled killing machine that does double the hurt with the sanguine bond, this is what it should look like

Planeswalker: 1

1x Sorin Markov

Creatures: 20

4x Captivating Vampire

4x Kalastria Highborn

4x Vampire Nighthawk

4x Gatekeeper of Malakir

4x Vampire Nocturnus

Sorcery: 8

2x Consuming Vapors

4x Feast of Blood

2x Urge to feed

Enchantment: 2

2x Sanguine Bond

Instant: 5

2x Suffer the Past

4x Dark Ritual

Artifact:4

4x Blade of the Bloodchief

Land: 20

20x Swamps

I hope this helps you out :)

Meh, i'm going to provide it a flow. sixteen lands is a lot too low. Even decks that don't run lots of something that costs greater desirable than 3 mana run a minimum 20 land. it relatively is in basic terms too possibly at sixteen which you will finally finally end up basically getting a million land on your beginning hand. Skyship Weatherlight is a *considerable* gamble. specific, it lets you seek for enjoying cards and later placed them on your hand...if it does not get hit by way of Naturalize or some thing comparable first. If it does, each and every thing it exiled is now exiled completely. you relatively have not got adequate creatures for Overrun to be helpful.
