Unfortunately, the ability Soulbond and the abilities that PM/PI have are not triggered abilities so are not stopped by Torpor Orb. You can tell what a triggered ability is by if it has the words "When", Whenever, or As at the start of the ability (for instance Primeval Titan has a triggered ability that says Whenever Primeval Titan enters the battlefield or attacks).

Sorry, the below answerer is correct. I was looking for the telltale signs on the cards specifically and did not see them.

Here is the relevant ruling:

702.93a Soulbond is a keyword that represents two triggered abilities. "Soulbond" means "When this creature enters the battlefield, if you control both this creature and another creature and both are unpaired, you may pair this creature with another unpaired creature you control for as long as both remain creatures on the battlefield under your control" and "Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, if you control both that creature and this one and both are unpaired, you may pair that creature with this creature for as long as both remain creatures on the battlefield under your control."

Long story short, Torpor Orb stops Soulbond but does not stop PI/PM.

6/1/2011 Abilities that apply "as [this creature] enters the battlefield," such as choosing a creature to copy with Clone, are unaffected.

So no, not Phyrexian Metamorph or Phantasmal Image.

But for Soulbond, yes, it does, since the Keyword is pretty clearly a trigger. It won't break existing bonds though.

Correction to Peter: Soulbond IS a triggered ability, thus it will be stopped by Torpor Orb. Phyrexian Metamorph and Phantasmal Image, however, don't have triggered abilities, so Torpor Orb doesn't stop them from working.
