Nice grammar. The cheapest card you can get is a $10, but they only come in 3 packs so the runner up would be $15. You can use these cards in iTunes and transfer whatever you buy to any iPod, iPad, iTouch, or iPhone you might have by connecting the device to your computer.

The cheapest iTunes card I've seen is a $20 one. I'm pretty sure that's the cheapest there is. Next is $30, then $50. There might be a $100 one, too.
You then have to redeem the card either from the iTunes store on your Mac/PC or you can do it in the iTunes app on your iPod/iPhone. All the details are on the back of the iTunes card.
