Okay Fortune lady lighty's effect is: When this card is removed from your field, you can Special Summon 1 "Fortune Lady" monster from your Deck; does this mean only RFP or anyway that it is taken off from the field like from destroyed and sent to the grave or return to hand/deck?

Anytime it is removed from the field, its effect will activate. Since it was removed from play, it's effect will activate. Each time it is removed from play, whether it is by being destroyed, removed from play, tributed, sent to the graveyard, etc, it's effect will activate, because it is no longer on the field. Think about Jinzo's Amplifier (one of its effect states that when Amplifier is removed from the field, Jinzo is destroyed) , when Amplifier is removed from the field by cards like Heavy Storm, MST, etc. Jinzo is destoryed as well.
