In this format the dominant play types are monarchs and zombies if you play traditional i can't give you much help there but in advance i run a gadget deck the list is posted on a question of mine its made 2nd locally you could try demise king of Armageddon or if you can get an il blud i would go for zombies if you go zombies you want ill blud and 3 zombie masters search il blud with pyramid turtle next turn use his effect and boom otk monarchs are pretty good run 7 with brain control soul exchange and creature swaps phoenix is a little slow but i've gotten it to pull off top 4 basic engine is sacred phoenix of nephtysx2 hand of nephtysx2 and apprentice magician x2 with 2 creature swaps mystic tomatoes loaded with searchers maybe the new gladiator beasts or six samurai with united we stand Cyber dragons are a must in almost any deck type though relinquished is good if you wanna run ritual or maybe dark master zork.

well,i disapprove of netdecking very much, so i wont give you an entire build, but here are some basic staples

and here are some deck ideas and key cards



monarchs- bring out tribute monsters to disrupt your opponent's draws and hand, then use sheer strength to bash them down- raiza the storm monarch, thestalos the firestorm monarch, treeborn frog, foolish burial



gadgets- use smaller monsters to raid the field and control your opponent- red gadget, yellow gadget, green gadget, hammer shot, transmigration prophecy



crystal beasts- use jesse anderson's crystal beast cards to special summon and abuse ancient city rainbow ruins to then otk with rainbow dragon and crystal abundance- crystal beast cards

well if you are a girl then you have some big issues for one thing. now that we've that out of the way you just need to make a deck that is build around something like spellcasters, monarchs.
