@Emily, how on earth would you even think this was an EDH deck? He's obviously got multiples of the same card...

I'd up your land count a bit, 21 lands for a 64 card deck seems a little thin, you might run into some starvation issues...typical rule of thumb is 26 land for a 60 card deck. But I guess that's only if you are noticing problems.

Minus looking to see what every card does, what combos are you basing the deck off of here? looks pretty solid but you might be able to add some helper cards based off the combo's you are using, you might be able to drop your deck to 60 at that point as well.

I would not play Golem's Heart 4x unless you had some recurring artifact combo to abuse it.

Life gain is like that, either you gain a ton of it, and have a use for it, or it's not that good. I suppose you could get something going with Elixir of Immortality, but it's really not an abusable combo since it'd take so long. So maybe go down to 2-3.

Still, if you want to gain life, you should be using it to pay for something more than what you have. Why not more Phyrexian mana spells, that actually can help you win? Cobbled Wings isn't something I'd recommend, it's more of a distraction. It almost tempts you to attack with your creatures, but is that really what you intend to do?

If you're going to play life-gain, you want to control the board, and 2 cards on a weak attempt to go aggro isn't a good idea.

I think Dismember would work better, or Act of Aggression. Or some Oblivion Rings if you just want them as control.

Or if you want aggro and life gain, Vault Skirge.

Edit: Almost forgot...Moltensteel Dragon. Firebreathing Dragon that you can pay life for. You really need to play it if you're going to go for life gain.
