Could you bring back any scared beast card from your graveyard back to the field?

I already have 2 scared beast cards.

The Sacred Beast are catagorized as "Nomi" monsters, because their texts state: "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by..." I'm afraid that even if they are Special Summoned corectly, you CANNOT bring them back.



Monsters include that include this in their text, "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by..." are considered "Semi-Nomi" and CAN be special summoned (provided that they are special summoned correctly in the first place.



Summary:

>Nomi Monster: "except" >> One way to Special

>Semi-Nomi Monster: "only be" >> After special summoned correctly, they can be specialed from the grave.

Afraid not, they are a type of monster known as 'nomi's. They can only be special summoned by the method written in their card text.

No you can not bring a sacred beast back because of its effect. it says "this card can ONLY be SPECIAL summoned by..." so technically you can only special summon them from the hand.
