yeah some fusions don't need em and fus by;

contact fusion to send the mitrials from the feild to the deck (used by gladeator beasts neos and hex sealed fusions)

mech fusion it's the same as contact fusion but the mitirals get removed from play (used by VWXYZ cards)

scnorio sumon it's the same as contact fusion but thair arn't any fusion mitirals so the monsters level together haf to equel the sumoning monster's level (used by secnaro monsters)

and thair's theas cards that let you fusion sumon a monster without polymerazation;

miracal fusion (E*hero)

fusion gate (all)

dubble fusion (all)

future fusion (all)

power bond (machen)

overlode fusion (machen)

time fusion (all)

dd fusion (all)

super polymerazation (all you can fus the oponent's monsters with your own)

metamorphesess (all)

nex (neo-spacains)

miracal contact (neos)

dark fusion (evil hero and feind)

and the famus polymerazation

and thair's sevrel cards that can sumon fusion monsters without fusion sumon;

magical sientect

sumoner of illusion

cyber kien

then thair's cards to sumon fusions with the wrong mitirals;

the 6 hex sealed fusion monsters

godess with the thurd eye

king of the swamp

so thair's menny ways to sumon fusions thair made to be easy to pull out this is just to sumon fusions it dosin't count thair suport cards or other cards to bring out what you need to sumon em so if you want you can make a deck that revolves around fusion monsters!! ^_^

so yeah i think you can sumon fusion monsters without polymerazation!! ^_^

Yes, however you still must fulfill the Fusion Summon requirement, unless a card Special Summon's a Fusion Monster. How? With spell cards such as Overload Fusion, Dragon's Mirror, Miracle Fusion, or Instant Fusion. Also, with the Hex-Sealed series of monsters. There are certain fusion monsters players have dubbed Contact fusions. Contact fusions don't use Spell cards or another monsters effect to fuse the Fusion Material Monsters but rather you're allowed to fuse them just by having them on the field at the same time. Gladiator Beast Gyzarus, Elemental Hero Grand Neos, and XYZ Dragon Cannon(unlike other Contact fusions the monsters are removed from the game rather than returned to the deck) are all examples of Contact fusions.

Fusion Monsters do not return to the Extra Deck, unless a card effect says so. Fusion Monsters go to the Graveyard when they are destroyed (unless removed from play via Bottomless Trap Hole etc.) You cannot then use Polymerization etc. to Fusion Summon a Fusion Monster from the Graveyard. You can only Fusion Summon Fusion Monsters from your Extra Deck. However, you can use Call of the Haunted to Special Summon a Fusion Monster from the Graveyard, if it was properly Fusion Summoned (and not negated by Solemn Judgment etc.)

It depends on the monster. Some monsters such as the Neos fusions contact fuse meaning the material monsters are sent back into the deck to perform the fusion summon rather than using Poly. Gladiator beast fusions are the same way. The "XYZ" fusion monsters remove the material monsters to summon the fusion instead of using poly. Also depending on the card you can use "Miracle Fusion" (Ehero), Dragons Mirror (Dragon), Overload Fusion (Dark Machine), Dark Calling(Evil Heroes) or other cards like that which fuse from the graveyard. There are multiple other ways to fuse without using poly it just depends on the type of fusion and deck you're making. Well I hope this helped, good luck

There are a lot of cards that can do such. The most famous seems to be Fusion Gate. There are many cards that say that their Special Summons are treated as Fusion Summons. Some examples of such are Dragon's Mirror, Future Fusion, Miracle Fusion, Dark Fusion, Dark Calling, Super Polymerization, etc.

Actually, those are just ways to FUSION summon monsters. There are tons of ways to special summon the monsters in other ways, e.g. Instant Fusion, Cyber-Stein, Metamorphosis, and quite a few other cards.

Yes. Use the monster card Cyber-Stein. You have to sacrifice 5000LP, but combined with Megamorph, and a decently strong fusion monster, it's worth it.

no because fusion can not occur without a magic card to fuse the two monsters together

David Lee and Nick Roberts posted the same question. You should read the answers side by side.
