I'd have to side on perfect circle, Lightsworns also known as light lords are good, but they tend to lack what is needed. Plus, you didn't say but if your playing lightsworns the deck is junk without 2-3 judgement dragons, 2 honest, and an Ehren, Lightsworn Monk. With monarchs you have a pretty stable deck and don't have to worry about decking yourself lol ^^. Rule of the Treeborn Frog?
