Need help improving my (fairly bad) 5d's Yu-gi-oh deck. Please Help :)?

Question

Just got back into YGO, so i bought the starter deck with Road Warrior, and have gotten 3 raging battle and 3 crimson crisis packs since then. i have about 6 assault mode cards (including kaiser dragon but i dont have the synchro), a few morphtronic cards, and a few blackwing cards. I'm not sure what pack i need to stick with buying and what kind of deck to build. Please tell me what pack to buy, what theme is a good deck, and/or how to revise mine now. Thanks!

i just got baCK INto yugioh also and bought the same deck. but then realized i didnt like it much. it was always the same strategy i used. most of the time the only synchro i could get out was x-saber urbellum. and sometimes junk warrior. i NEVER got out road warrior. until i added scapegoat to my deck. (it works VERY well with synchro summoning. trust me.) but then i decided to remake a deck from back in the day. ZOMBIE. so i bought 3 zombie world decks and put some of those cards together for a real good zombie world deck. if you like synchro summoning i suggest buying a 2008 5d's starter deck and adding in those synchros and maybe some of the other cards with your current deck. but if your looking for just an all-around good deck buy about 3 rise of the dragon lord decks and you can make a sweet creator deck. or maybe even a creator synchro deck using some of your tuners and synchros.

Actually, the new starter deck will include the powerful syncro monsters, which dont require a certain spell card to summon them: only the right monster, which can be searched through using UFO turtle (included in the deck), as well as double summon (cause you cant use syncro summon materials from the hand: it has to be from the field) and one very nice syncro monster which can fit into any warrior-type deck, as it gains 100 atk for each warrior in the grave. plus if it gets destroyed, you can bring back a warrior from you OR your opponents graveyard (like bladedge, a perfect monster to use for this effect) The new starter deck i have to admit, it awesome. however, it has a weak defense against stronger monsters, so its best to pull out all the syncro monsters as quick as possible to have the upper hand on the field. :) Hope this helped ^^
