YuGiOh Question: Black Rose Dragon's Effect Ruling?

Ok, I want to talk about BRD's 1st effect. It says when it's synchro summoned, it can destroy all cards on the field. What would happen if I so happen to have a Stardust Dragon on the field. If the other player chooses to activate BRD's 1st effect when it's synchro summoned, and I choose to negate the eff with my Stardust Dragon by sending it to the graveyard, does BRD go to the grave?

u can negate it with stardust. brd will go to the graveyard because it says on stardusts effect that he negates and DESTROYS the card.

the only thing that happens is that brd is sent to the grave and stardust is removed til the end phase.
