If 3 players are in a hand (Texas Hold em), the first two players check after the flop, but the dealer accidently shows the turn before the third player was to act, what is the ruling or proper way to handle the hands?

What would happen is that the floor would be called over. The turn is pulled off the board, and the card is re-shuffled back into the deck, then the action for flop is then completed and then a new turn is put out, no new burn card is put out here, it is just the next card off the deck.

The turn card would be removed from the board, and action would complete on the flop. The dealer would then burn a card and then lay out the turn (what would have been the river). It is very important to have as many cards out there that would have come out with the original shuffle as possible. The exposed turn card would then be shuffled back into the remaining deck (giving it an equal chance of being put out as the river as any other card), and then when the turn action is complete, the dealer would burn a card and put out the new river card.

According to Robert's Rules of Poker, the inadvertently exposed turn card is taken out of play, betting is completed and the dealer then re-burns and deals the turn (the card that would have been the river).
Obviously this is not an ideal scenario, but it is the one that best rectifies the situation. All players know one card that is out of the mix and can use that information equally.

Its the dealer's fault and since it messes up the hand, he is supposed to make it the RIVERS burn card, so all players can see teh card but not use it.

it's the dealers fault because he have to make sure that everybody has already given their action ( whether call, check, raise or fold )...but it's seldom happen on a tournament or even on a cash game.
