Ok for example: E-Hero Flame wingman (fusion monster)is on the field and is destroyed does it go to the graveyard or fusion deck?
Secondly if it does go to the graveyard and u draw the needed cards needed to fusion summon that same fusion monster that was destroyed can u use the cards and fusion summon the monster form the graveyard to the field?

it does go to the graveyard, and you can't fusion summon from the grave to the field

Fusion Monsters do not return to the Extra Deck, unless a card effect says so.

Fusion Monsters go to the Graveyard when they are destroyed (unless removed from play via Bottomless Trap Hole etc.)

You cannot then use Polymerization etc. to Fusion Summon a Fusion Monster from the Graveyard. You can only Fusion Summon Fusion Monsters from your Extra Deck.

However, you can use Call of the Haunted to Special Summon a Fusion Monster from the Graveyard, if it was properly Fusion Summoned (and not negated by Solemn Judgment etc.)

A Fusion summon, as well as Synchro, Level Up and Ritual summoned monsters are treated the same. As long as the conditions were met, and they were summoned but then sent to the graveyard, they can be special summoned again by using the appropriate effects. Some cards will state that they "can only be special summoned. . . " or that they "can't be special summoned from the graveyard. . ."

Among those cards, if I remember correctly are Felgrand Dragon and most LV8 monsters. Some ritual monsters specifically state that they can only be special summoned through the proper rituals.

As far as what happens afterward, and you want to go through the process all over again, you would have to use cards that return them to the deck or hand, and then follow the procedures again.

I don't know... but we have super poli that can be activated during opponent's turn...if that is what you want.. as for trap, i think chain material is the closest, but it is not continuous...
