Perhaps -3 fenrir,-1 Deep sea anglers and -1 nightmare penguin. Throw these in:

Warrior of atlantis x3

Aqua/Effect-> 1900attk/1200def

You can discard this card to the Graveyard to add 1 A legendary ocean from your Deck to your hand.

and Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth x2 or x3

Fish/Effect -> 2800attk/2200def

(It is very good, because it has only 7 stars. With legendary ocean you can summon with only 1 tribute.)Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon as many Level 4 or lower Fish-Type monsters as possible from your Deck. A monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot declare an attack and its effect(s) is negated while on the field. If this card is targeted by a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster's effect, you can Tribute 1 other Fish-Type monster to negate the effect and destroy that card.

Also, try to throw in more fishy monsters to negate effects that target this card. Maybe mobius as well. Take out savage for either smashing ground or lightning vortex. I also suggest Side Deck?
