What are some good mana generators for a Black/Green MTG deck?

I'm fairly new to Magic the Gathering and wanted to build a Green/Black deck that revolves around getting as much mana out as possible in the first couple turns. I'm told green is the best type for mana generation but I have no idea where to start. If anyone could help that would be awesome.

For Standard:

LLanowar Elves, Birds of Paradise, Rampant Growth, Primeval Titan, Solemn Simulacrum, Sphere of Suns.. These are probably the best options. There's other less optimal choices like Caravan Vigil, Viridian Emissary, Scorned Villager, Dawntreader Elk as well.

For Casual formats:

Same choices as above, Sakura Tribe Elder, Diligent Farmhand, Sol Ring, Explosive Vegetation, Skyshroud Claim, Gilded Lotus, Grim Monolith, Mana Vault, Coalition Relic, Thran Dynamo, Silverglade Elemental, Explore, Omnath, Fyndhorn Elves, Rofellos, Farhaven Elf, Wood Elves, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Nature's Lore, Farseek, Khalni Heart Expedition, Eladamri's Vineyard, Magus of the Vineyard, Fertile Ground, Dawn's Reflection, Yavimaya Elder (not mana pro but really really really good), Yavimaya Granger, Garruk Wildspeaker, Ondu Giant, Hunting Wilds...

Hopefully i've given you enough choices to get started. I'm sure i've left some pretty good ones out, but i just made this list off the top of my head.

A friend of mine used to play red/green. On his first turn, he would lay down a forest and play a tinderwall. On his second turn, he would lay down a forest or mountain, sacrifice the tinderwall, then play a balduvian horde

Balduvian hordes are 5/5 creatures that cost 2 red and 2 colorless mana. They were in alliances/ice age block. A 5/5 creature on the second turn can beat down very quickly. He used skryb sprites 1/1 fliers and shivan dragons as well. These cards are all old, but red still has some quick beat down options.

Back in the day, on the first turn we played one swamp, cast dark ritual, layed down mana vault, then cast sengir vampire for a first turn 4/4 black flyer. Black isn't that fast anymore. I would go with red green.

You don't get out mana, you get out LANDS.

But it depends on what format you are playing so I will assume Standard.

Dawntreader Elk

Grim Flowering lets you draw a card for each creature in your graveyard, that's nto really what you need.

There's only those two in Dark Ascension and I'm not going back further.

i'd replace the naturalizes with Putrid Leech... card is so reliable for a consumer-friendly. i'd replace large boost with Vines of the Vastwood... expenditures a 2d eco-friendly to kick, yet evasion plus a +4/+4 is worth it. per chance run some Terramorphic Expanses to mushy out the mana curve. finally, with a lack of flying, per chance run some Windstorms to address flyers. reliable success.
