I'm not sure about any specific spells or monsters, but for a long shot, you could try Stardust Dragon or Prime Material Dragon, as they prevent effects that destroy anything, including monster effects.

Lightning Vortex? Or maybe Counter Counter? What is the specific effect you are trying to prevent or remove?

metal silver armor, ancient geear beast, magic/trap cards that can negate effects, drillroid

invasion of light (they can't be set so no flip efects)

that's all and efect shut hasin't ben released yet it was in the anime it's the exzact same thing as divine wrath but it's a quick-play spell and you don't dicard anything

angel 07...it negates the effects of face up monsters on the field

vanity's ruler and vanity's fiend....one negates effects one only negates your opponents effects

Well if you run a Horus Decree Lockdown, then the only monster I would suggest is Dark Ruler Ha Des. It negates any monsters effect that it destroys in battle. You could also use cards like Drillroid or Mystic Swordsman Lv 2 that destroy face-down cards without flipping them. This would be helpful against any searcher or flip effect as they aren't being destroyed in battle, but by their effect. This way searchers don't get to search and flip effects never get to flip. Certain monsters, like Sangan, can get around this and will still activate. Those are the only cards I can think of. All the other cards would be Traps.
