You draw 6 cards, if all your monsters are level 5 or higher and you can't special summon. Your pretty screwed on summoning any monsters on the first turn basically <_<

Well if its a level 5 or 6 just get the card called Double Summon, allowing you to tribute summon your first turn or summon another low level monster. If its level 7 or higher use Foolish Burial and then activate Monster Reborn.

On your first turn, you probably won't want to summon out something extremely powerful, like it seems you want. What if your opponent uses Lightning Vortex? Then you just lost a powerful monster.

But if you really need to for your deck to work, you can use Double Summon, and as the name states, it lets you Normal Summon twice. You can summon a weak monster, then just easily sacrifice it.

Another way, to bring out a powerful monster, is to use a Goblindergh (I think I spelled that right), whose effect is , when you summon him, you can special summon a level 4 or lower monster. Then just Xyz summon for something Like a Number 39:Utopia or a Photon Papilloperative.

It's quite simple. Put it into the grave with something like 'foolish burial' first, then use 'monster reborn'!

Judging by the looks of it, I'd guess you're trying to get jinzo or spell canceller out to somewhat lock down your opponent. It'll work nicely!

Effect cards. Use malefics
