I have a werewolf that cannot be blocked by less than two creatures. It also has double strike. If i have a full moon rising out it will also have trample. So my question is,

"In this situation if sombody blocks it with two creatures and both creatures are weaker than it, (say 2/2 tokens) My wolf would double strike the first killing it and taking no damage and double strike the second taking no damage. First, did I apply double strike correctly for being double blocked, and second if I did would the trample carry over for BOTH double strikes?"

How big is the werewolf? Lets say for instance that it is a 4/4. It gets blocked by 2 2/2s. In the first strike step it deals 2 damage to each of the tokens killing them, in the regular damage step it deals 4 damage to the player. The werewolf does not die. You do not double strike one then the other, all damage is dealt simultaneously.

I don't think you did, but your wording is very vague.

Here's an example to demonstrate how Double Strike works (with Trample)

Attacker: 5/5 Double Strike Trample

Blockers: 2 3/3s

The First Strike damage deals 3 to one of the blockers and 2 to the other. The one that takes 3 damage dies.

Then Normal Combat Damage is dealt, with 1 damage going to the remaining 3/3 (enough to kill it) and 4 damage going through to the defending player. The 3/3 deals 3 damage to the attacking creature, then the 3/3 dies.

I'll take these separately: "Let's say I have a 4/4 creature with double strike, and I attack my opponent, but he doesn't have any blockers, does he then take 8 damage to his life counter?" Yes, he does take 8 damage. "Another scenario: Let's say I have a 4/4 with double stike and my opponent blocks with a 1/1 with Wither.. does the wither ever come onto my creature considering the first strike killed it before he could do damage to my 4/4." You're right, the first strike damage kills the wither creature before it can put a -1/-1 counter on your 4/4. However, you will not deal any damage to your opponent, as your creature is still considered "blocked" for this combat, even though the blocker is dead. If you had trample on your 4/4, however, you would deal 1 damage to the wither creature, trample 3 over, then deal 4 for regular damage.

Here's what happens:

The first strike damage step, the Werewolf does damage equal to its power.

If this is enough to kill one creature, then it can apply damage to the second.

Then the regular combat damage step occurs. If both creatures are dead, it would do its whole damage to your opponent. If one creature is alive, but has damage on it already, then any damage in EXCESS of that second blocking creature's toughness goes to the opponent.

It would still take damage from that second creature though, which may or may not be enough to kill it.

i assume that this werewolf is Kruin Outlaw - Terror of Kruin Pass a 3/3 double strike double block werewolf? if this is the case and you havnt altered it p/t then one dies and then its as though you didnt have double and its a 3/3 tremple v a 2/1 2 punches
