No.
Regeneration only protects the creature from Lethal Damage and the keyword "Destroy". Sacrifice does neither of these (which is why you can sacrifice Indestructible permaments). The effect of Destroy and Sacrifice are the same, but they are not the same keyword.
Also, Regenerated creatures don't come back into play; they never leave play to begin with.

Yes, as long as they are not "removed from the game" by sacrificing. IIRC, sacrificing sends them to the graveyard. But I think it ultimately depends on whether Regenerate acts as an interrupt or an instant.

Definitely not!
Sorry. Regeneration does not protect creatures from being buried (for instance terror - bury target cr. it cant be regenerated) or sacrificed. Once they hit the graveyard they are out of luck regardless of how they got there as well. For example, you couldn't let a regen creature go into the graveyard to trigger an ability such a Nether Traitor and then try and regenerate it. By then it is too late. They have to be regenerated in the phase they are killed before they leave play. But in order to be sacrificed they have to go to the graveyard.
What you can do is find creatures that you get benefits for sacking or don't mind sacking. Ashen ghouls, nether shadows and nether traitors are fun to mix together since they all have the ability to come out of the graveyard on their own - you never really mind killing them. Anything that has a 'when this cr goes to graveyard' ability is fun too. Abyssal Gatekeeper is a personal favorite since it forces everyone to sac something if it dies.
Oh and on a related note - you can not sac a creature for more than one thing. For example - if you were using a blood celebrate 'sac for one black mana' you would have to choose which you sacked it for - the 6/6 or the mana not both. Hope you find something that works good with it though!
